Where and when we use it
White Dove is BITR’s single most-used colour. It has a soft, warm undertone that keeps a room feeling lived in rather than sterile, and it holds up in most rooms and light conditions.
In a south-facing Toronto room, the light is already warm and golden, so White Dove sits comfortably there. In a north-facing room that pulls cool and blue, we usually reach for Swiss Coffee instead, to add warmth back in.
The way we test it is the same as every colour: a large swatch, at least 12 by 12 inches, on two different walls, lived with for 48 hours and checked morning and night before we commit.
