Where and when we use it
North-facing Toronto rooms get cooler, bluer light through most of the day. Swiss Coffee reads slightly beige, which counterbalances that coldness rather than fighting it.
It is our default answer whenever a client asks for "a white" for a room that never gets direct sun.
