We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque. A 25% deposit is required to secure your start date, with the balance due upon completion.

Yes. We handle changes through a formal change order process. You'll receive a clear addendum with the updated scope and cost before any additional work begins.

Interior painting is year-round. Exterior painting is seasonal (typically April through November in Canada) as temperatures need to be above 10°C for proper paint adhesion.
