What should I do to prepare my house for painting?

When preparing for interior painting it's important to move small items, pillows and blankets and memorabilia. If possible, pictures and mirrors should also be moved.

Can I leave my home while its being painted?

We work with you, weather at work, on vacation or running errands. Our teams keep you up-to-date with your project. We also send daily arrival and departure notifications!

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a service?

We provide a quote, which you can access at anytime during your project to submit your request to either, add or cancel a specific service item. Additional charges may apply, Please contact our team for more details.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

All services are paid for after the completion of your project by cheque, E-transfer or debit card. You will receive an invoice that requests payment. However, manual invoices are also available. You can contact our Sales team for more information. After any payment, an receipt detailing the transaction, and showing it’s been paid, is sent to the billing email address you've provided.
